The DG Khan Cement chalets in Hub serve as residences for the upper-tier management staff relocating from other cities. Each unit offers three bedrooms, a kitchen, and a lounge. Nestled amidst the Rocky Mountains of Baluchistan, these chalets are accessed from the coastal highway along the mesmerizing Arabian Sea. When the client expressed a desire to level the ground, as consultants, we recognized the importance of preserving the natural landscape and advised against it. The breathtaking view of the Arabian Sea coast became a significant feature that greatly influenced the planning process. We carefully designed winding roads that lead to the chalets, following a radial plan. This layout ensured that a maximum number of chalets were situated on the highest side of the terrain, providing a vantage point for the exquisite coastal view.
