Who We Are?
SRDW is a multi-disciplinary Design Firm specializing in high-quality Architecture, Interior, and Product design. Our work celebrates the best of timeless building traditions while staying at the cutting edge of twenty-first-century construction technology. Established in 2007, SRDW is at the forefront of Sustainable Architecture and Interior design.
What We Do?
Though we specialize in finely crafted institutional and residential projects our extensive repertoire is not limited to that. Our portfolio includes interior and exterior designs of hospitals, banks, retail outlets, office buildings, large-scale planning, and urban design projects.
Our Team
The team at SRDW is seasoned, futuristic, and experimental; responding sensitively to the environment. We never stop pushing boundaries, implementing the latest innovation and technical expertise in every new project we undertake. We collaborate with local and international associates, assembling in teams to accomplish the services that our projects require.
Awards and Accolades
The first Platinum SEED-certified house in the country is a project of SRDW. We also have to our credit the design of 4 house types for the International Property Award-winning ECO Housing Project Ecommunity in Sheikhupura, Punjab. Recognized for its distinguished designs, SRDW won the International Property Award for Mian Mohammad Mansha Residence in Lahore, Pakistan.

Founders
Saad Mahmood Khan
Partner / Architect
Saad is a highly knowledgeable architect who values timeless architecture that integrates with its surroundings and responds to cultural and societal changes. In 1993, he completed his degree in Architecture with a Distinction from the National College of Arts. He started his career as an intern under renowned architect Nayyer Ali Dada before becoming a partner at Designer East. In 2007, he established SRDW with his friend Rashid Rasheed.
Rashid Rasheed
Partner / Architect
Rashid, came to Architecture by way of Art. He joined Designer East after graduating with Distinction from the National College of Arts in 1993. In 2007, he co-founded SRDW with Saad Mahmood Khan. Motivated by his deep interest in sustainability, Rashid co-founded the Pakistan Green Building Council (PGBC). PGBC is a recognized member of the World Green Building Council, focusing on sustainable buildings, energy, and water efficiency.
