SRDW, as an organization, consistently upholds its commitment to community uplifting and social responsibility. We approach every charitable project with the same level of dedication as our revenue-generating endeavors. The Alam Bibi Trust is a non-profit school project aimed at providing education, care, and support to underprivileged and street children. The school encompasses an amphitheater, play areas, well-equipped laboratories, spaces for providing three daily meals (dastarkhuwans), and brightly lit classrooms. When it comes to charitable projects, our primary considerations are cost-effectiveness, long-term durability (50 years or more), and low maintenance requirements. To fulfill these objectives, we have chosen materials such as fair-faced concrete for non-plastered raw walls and fair-face brick. The design encourages ample natural light in the classrooms while minimizing heat gain, and facilitates natural ventilation through carefully placed openings and brick perforations, effectively reducing electricity consumption. We believe in maximizing the impact of our charitable initiatives while maintaining sustainable and cost-efficient solutions.
