Situated on a remarkable mountainous site, this extraordinary mountain house boasts dual access, offering strategic planning for both entrance and exit routes during snowy winters. The design is divided into two parts: the primary residence and the annex. Ingeniously positioned downhill, the annex serves a dual purpose, providing additional space while offering the primary residents a grassy flat lawn on its rooftop. Preserving the natural beauty of the surroundings, four majestic pine trees found on-site were carefully integrated into the design, becoming integral features of the courtyards and outdoor areas. With panoramic views in every direction, the house effortlessly connects with the breathtaking landscapes of Ayubia National Park, the Mukshpuri track, and the verdant green areas within the site. The inhabitants look forward to experiencing the harmonious blend of nature and architecture in this captivating mountain house.
